Publisher Private Division has acquired the makers of the OlliOlli series, Roll7, in what will be a debut acquisition for the firm.
The BAFTA award-winning studio was founded in 2008, and is currently working on the upcoming OlliOlli World, set to release in December.
Roll7 also has several unannounced projects in the works, which Private Division will support.
While this is the first studio that the Take-Two subsidiary has acquired, Private Division has also acted as publisher for several other titles, including Obsidians The Outer Worlds and Supergiants Hades.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"Private Division has been an incredible publishing partner for OlliOlli World, and were elated to continue to grow as a studio as part of the label," said Roll7 co-CEO Simon Bennett.
